EasyCarousels.com ("EasyCarousels", "we", "us") provides a web-based tool to create Instagram-style carousels, animated GIFs, and music-synced Reels ("Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1) Service and Access
- The Service is currently provided free of charge. No account or registration is required.
- We may introduce paid features or plans in the future. If we do, we will provide reasonable advance notice before any changes take effect.

2) User Content (Photos and Projects)
- You may upload photos and create projects.
- Projects are stored locally in your browser (localStorage) unless stated otherwise.
- You are responsible for backing up your work. Clearing browser data may delete your projects.
3) Intellectual Property
- The Service, including the interface, templates, and code, is owned by EasyCarousels and protected by intellectual property laws.
- You may use exports you create for your own personal or commercial purposes, provided you have rights to the underlying content (e.g., photos).
4) Copyright and Rights in Uploaded Photos
- You must only upload content you own or have the right to use.
- If you upload copyrighted content without permission, you are solely responsible.
5) Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempts to disrupt, reverse engineer, or bypass limits. See the Acceptable Use Policy for more detail.
6) Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, or that exports will meet every platform's requirements.
7) Limitation of Liability
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, EasyCarousels will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Service.
- Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to us (if any) in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
8) Third-Party Advertisements
The Service may display advertisements from third-party ad networks. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party advertisers. Your interactions with advertisers are solely between you and the advertiser.
