EasyCarousels.com ("EasyCarousels", "we", "us") provides a web-based tool to create Instagram-style carousels ("Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1) Eligibility and Accounts
- You may sign in using Google Authentication. We do not store passwords.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account.
2) Subscription, Free Trial, and Billing
- The Service may offer monthly or annual subscriptions and may offer a free trial that converts to a paid subscription if not cancelled before the trial ends.
- Pricing, renewal, and billing are handled by Stripe or our payment processor.
- You authorize us to charge your payment method at the end of the trial (if applicable) and upon renewal.
- NO REFUNDS POLICY: Except where required by law, all sales are final and we do not provide refunds, credits, or prorated billing for partial subscription periods.
3) Founder Launch and Lifetime Access
- During the beta launch period, we may offer a limited "Founder" promotion where annual subscribers receive lifetime access to the Service.
- "Lifetime access" means access for as long as the Service is actively maintained and available. It does not guarantee perpetual availability.
- The Founder offer is limited to a fixed number of spots and may end when all spots are claimed, the beta period ends, or at our discretion.
- Beta features, pricing, and functionality may change over time. Lifetime access covers the Service as it evolves.
- If the Service is permanently discontinued, lifetime access ends with reasonable advance notice.
4) Digital Content and Right of Withdrawal (EU/UK)
If you are a consumer in the EU/UK, you may have a statutory right to withdraw. By purchasing digital access and starting to use the Service, you request immediate performance and acknowledge you may lose the right of withdrawal once performance begins, where legally applicable.
5) User Content (Photos and Projects)
- You may upload photos and create projects.
- Projects are stored locally in your browser (localStorage) unless stated otherwise.
- You are responsible for backing up your work. Clearing browser data may delete your projects.
6) Intellectual Property
- The Service, including the interface, templates, and code, is owned by EasyCarousels and protected by intellectual property laws.
- You may use exports you create for your own personal or commercial purposes, provided you have rights to the underlying content (e.g., photos).
7) Copyright and Rights in Uploaded Photos
- You must only upload content you own or have the right to use.
- If you upload copyrighted content without permission, you are solely responsible.
8) Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempts to disrupt, reverse engineer, or bypass limits. See the Acceptable Use Policy for more detail.
9) Disclaimers
- The Service is provided "as is" and "as available."
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, or that exports will meet every platform's requirements.
10) Limitation of Liability
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, EasyCarousels will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
- Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
11) Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.
12) Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
